The Story
Mercy Ridge should have been a simple assignment.
Officially, Katherine Mercer died eleven years ago. In reality, she was recruited by the Vigil, an ancient organization that hunts the creatures, phenomena, and impossible threats hidden from the modern world.
Now known as Kit, she is sent to Mercy Ridge, a remote mountain town under attack by a vicious werewolf pack. Her orders are clear: find the pack, contain the outbreak, and erase the evidence.
But a missing teenager may be the key to stopping the bloodshed. The local sheriff is concealing what happened on a rain-soaked mountain road. A former Vigil operative knows more than she will admit, and Kit's complicated history with her threatens to compromise the mission.
